        Verdict

        Lady Bacchus was narrowly beaten over track and trip last week with Burauq in close attendance. The former is less exposed and may well confirm running, though the latter beat Mambo Spirit when winning at Bath last month. SILVER SPRINGS won over course and distance on her penultimate start but failed to see out 7f at Wolverhampton last time when failing to settle. David Evan’s filly gets another chance back over today’s trip. Shine Likeadiamond continues to slip down the down weights but still hasn’t won in 21 starts.
