In depth

Verdict

Michael Heard is a good judge of pace and gave Lady Of Longstone a positive ride at Haydock last time. David Pipe's mare is 8lb higher but should again beat stablemate Bella and will ensure that this is a true test of stamina. Robins Reef, fourth to Limini over 2m at The Festival, looks a danger while The Organist could give a boost to Briery Belle's Doncaster second earlier on the card. Claimer Ambrose McCurtin has struck up a good understanding with Barnahash Rose and Jonathan Sweeney's raider landed a Grade 3 at Limerick last month. She won her bumper on fast going so should handle conditions here. THEATRE GOER is still at the right end of the handicap and should be suited by how this race is likely to be run. She's gone up 5lb since a beaten favourite at Newbury but will be staying on when others have cried enough. Treaty Girl and At First Light also have a squeak but Debdebdeb can be very free-going and a penalty might anchor Unbuckled.
