In depth

Verdict

There is a 26lb range between the nine runners with the weights headed by Fiveandtwenty, who only competed a week ago at Aintree when a 17-length third in Grade 1 company. The two ahead of her are top-class juveniles and she should give a good account back in handicap company if recent exertions haven't taken their toll. Talking About You was beaten a long way in the Triumph Hurdle but should enjoy returning to this grade with the excellent Kevin Brogan's claim an added bonus. However, if SCHOLASTIC can deliver the best of this season's form he could be on an attractive mark in what has been a busy time under both codes for the Irish raider. Progressive and See The Eagle Fly are also of note.
