Verdict
Iris Royal ran a cracker at Aintree a fortnight ago but you have to wonder if that tough race has taken its toll after a long season. Jonjo O'Neill's string continue in great heart and it is hard to get away from the claims of his Bold Investor although the youngster tackles a new trip today and steps up in grade as well. Vilprano is a rare raider from the Dudley Moffatt yard and comes here in the form of his life and has to be respected but Young Ottoman might provide the best value having run well on all starts this term and seems progressive at this trip.
