Handy Andy should avoid any trouble out in front but is still 8lb higher than when successful at Newbury last December and finished behind Hunters Lodge here in April. Rockshandy and Font both arrive in decent form and won't fail through lack of fitness while Derek O'Connor may get a tune out of ex-hunter Robin Will, though he'll need luck in-running. Oscar Davy is capable of winning over the larger obstacles but, like Our Island, may need this. FREDO ran well here in the spring and has gone well fresh in the past. Sam Waley-Cohen is one of the more experienced amateurs riding in this so Ian Williams' charge is the tentative selection.
