        Verdict

        Lamb Or Cod won this in 2015 and is only a pound higher. Despite recent form figures, he has a pretty good strike-rate over fences and knows where the winning post is here so has to go on the short-list. Upswing’s victory at Ffos Las was not unexpected but was his first in 18 months. He’s never won off a mark this high either so has a bit prove. Virak’s losing run now stretches back two years and he’s been disappointing this season while Coologue and Gentleman Jon were pulled up last time. FEDERICI is starting to look well treated, however, and his latest fifth at Downpatrick earns him the vote ahead of Talk Of The South and Belmount.
