Verdict

SHAMAN DU BERLAIS made a winning debut over fences in May when scoring at Stratford on his first start for Kerry Lee. That was also his first outing since 2019 so he goes well fresh and is preferred to Duc De Beauchene. The latter won over track and trip in March and has his first start since but When You're Ready will be sharper for October’s third at Worcester and cheekpieces are applied. Keep Wondering and Not A Role Model are others making their seasonal debuts while Brave Seasca and Brewers Project were both well beaten in the same race here last month and Mouseinthehouse is upped in class.
