Verdict
Sicilian, Trevian and Carloman are three against the field in another tight affair and the narrow vote is given to Sicilian. The selection won with plenty in hand last time out when beating Shogun Prince and despite his penalty this progressive type is taken to defy the handicapper under conditions that suit. Trevian rates the main danger as he also won well last time when beating Leighton Buzzard but he is more exposed than the selection and is passed over for that reason. Carloman was a fair second behind Nikki Bea last time and is another with place claims but he has already given the impression he would be suited by a longer trip. Wizby is another last time out winner but he is rising in grade and that may find him out. The Gaikwar is from a yard in form and looks to be on a handy mark so should be watched in the market but in a trappy affair for the winner we return to Sicilian who won well last time out and looks up to going in again.
