Verdict

Admirals Walk produced his best form so far at Lingfield two runs ago and probably found 6f too sharp at Kempton last time. He's the best of the three-year-olds but could find a couple of the older horses tough to beat. Flavius Victor is hard to predict and both wins so far have come on the Polytrack. But Oisin Murphy is good value for his 5lb claim and he shouldn't be far away, though preference is for BILLYRAYVALENTINE. He tries 7f for the first time and has finished last in both starts this year but wasn't beaten far in a much better race at Newmarket last month, despite rearing as the stalls opened - this might be his level. Peak Storm won twice here in the spring and is usually thereabouts so can't be dismissed, despite carrying a penalty.
