      Verdict

      The form of Phluke's debut run was franked in no uncertain terms by the Hoh Bleu Dee at Ripon on Monday and the Desert Style colt is fancied to build on the promise he displayed in that performance today. Peruvian Style and the newcomer Lady Predominant may give the selection the most to do. However, Phluke should appreciate this stamina sapping five furlongs and he may be too tough to pass if he is allowed an uncontested lead this time. He hails from a yard that know the time of day with runners of this nature and he is one to keep on the right side of for the time being.
