Verdict
We'll side with Martin Pipe's Jardin Fleury here ahead of Tuxedo Junction, The Alleycat, Wot No Cash, who is also trained by Pipe, and Red Oassis. The selection is lightly raced and was a winner of a similar race last time. With his rider claiming a useful five pounds, he looks set to go well again. Tuxedo Junction is trained by Philip Hobbs and he has form enough to render him competitive in his first race at this lowly level. The Richard Guest-trained Fidalus, a winning hurdler and chaser, is also dropped to selling company for the first time, The Alleycat is interesting now as he is back to a winning mark, Dan de Man ran his best race for some time last time and is and is another that is now dropped to selling level. They must all be considered here but Red Oassis is one that could reward punters at decent odds. The now-13-year-old won from a mark of 72 here in March of last year but is now rated 66 and has a good claimer booked. It would certainly be no surprise to see him go well but, for our selection, we'll side with Jardin Fleury.
