Verdict

Two victories at Brighton have seen RED ALERT has gone up the weights but the nine-year-old still appears to have a little juice left off his current handicap mark and can give weight all around to tonight’s rivals. Savalas is stepped up to 7f for the first time and the market should guide while Fact Or Fable is proven over the trip and Stan Moore’s grey attempts to bring classified form into handicaps. Letter Of The Law has proved largely consistent though that has consequently meant that the assessor has been in no mood to drop him down the weights anytime soon.
