      Verdict

      A truly desperate affair in which Ronnie Rockcake is the only one who boasts any recent worthwhile form. However, his latest second at Windsor came on much faster ground over a shorter trip and he won't be much of a price here. WILLIAM OF ORANGE should be capable of better after just the three starts and the big step up in distance has to be a plus given his breeding so he gets the vote, though stakes should probably be kept to a minimum. The remaining trio have plenty to prove.
