Verdict
HERO (NAP) came up against a useful sort in a bumper here on debut and that rival has gone on to frank the form in convincing fashion. Sandalwood appeared in a couple of decent bumpers last term and Paul Nicholls’ inmate could be a player if a recent wind surgery has done the trick. Canty Bay was not knocked about in two bumpers and the patience of connections may ultimately be rewarded. Loop Head and Hermes Du Gouet have both won point-to-points and represent trainers that are more than capable with similar types. Hold Up La Colmine outperformed market expectations when appearing over C&D last month.
