Verdict

Crazy Chris has a good strike rate and goes well fresh, so the booking of Richard Hughes could be a pointer on his return from nearly a year off the track. Hurakan has done all his winning on the Polytrack so far and also returns from a lengthy absence, while Edgeworth looks a shade high in the weights now after landing a double on the all-weather in March. However, BEAUMONT'S PARTY won at Chester on Saturday with plenty to spare on his first start over today's trip and Andrew Balding's charge can defy a penalty in this lesser grade.
