Deise Vu has proved frustrating to follow but must have every chance of getting off the mark in a race like this. Wabanaki was an early casualty on his fencing bow at Towcester but a clear round would probably put him in the picture. Edeiff's Lad was third over these fences last month and was second over this trip at Wincanton in December so should go well but we’ll take a chance that the drop back in distance will suit MODELIGO, who may have benefited from a mid-season break and is reunited with regular pilot Stan Sheppard today.
