Verdict
This looks slightly more competitive than the first division, but Giocoso is just preferred to Dash For Cover, Red Flame and the newcomer, Multistore. Bryn Palling's colt made a belated debut at Nottingham last backend, finishing a fair fourth in heavy ground, and three subsequent winners have come out of that race so the form looks decent. The Bahri colt proved he can handle any ground when second on fast going on his reappearance at Kempton, with four lengths back to the third horse that day and he deserves to get off the mark here. Richard Hannon's Dash For Cover had some reasonable form in three runs last year, most notably when third to Sir Edwin Landseer at Newbury, while Ed Dunlop's Red Flame didn't see a racecourse last year but has shown promise in two starts this season, including when fourth in a hot fillies maiden at headquarters last time out. Roger Charlton's horses are in fair form, so any money for the Elmaamul filly, Multistore, could be worth noting.
