In depth

Verdict

DISTANT CHIMES is the latest Prescott money-spinner to rattle up a sequence in keeping with regular step-ups in trip. He is now 17lb higher after a quartet of victories but couldn't have scored more easily last time and is best followed until beaten. Graceful Lady was back to her best at Newmarket when romping home by six lengths but she's up 7lb as a result. Charlie D adds further spice to an intriguing heat as he's enjoying a good season and stays well with Jane Elliott's claim a plus.
