Verdict

VOCATIONAL is a speedy filly and unlucky to have only the one win to her name. She was runner-up twice in decent company before finishing a respectable fourth in the Queen Mary at Ascot last time and Mark Johnston's filly can take advantage at this lower level. Bubbly Ballerina was not far behind the selection at York in May but well beaten at Ascot, while Redair beat the latter at Kempton back in March but was out of sorts when last seen. Verbeeck got off the mark at Sandown last month and is going the right way, but Luv U Forever's latest sixth came in the Albany Stakes at Ascot and she looks a bigger danger on that form.
