Verdict
Boardman has returned to action in fine form and won at Thirsk a fortnight ago. But he’s 5lb higher than when landing this race last year and FOOLS RUSH IN is preferred. The latter won twice here last summer and, having run well in a tougher contest over track and trip on his debut for Hugo Palmer, he gets the nod. Gabrial The Wire and Oh This Is Us also have winning form at the track while Mykonos St John has been thereabouts at York recently.
