Subsequently disqualified having passed the post first in a maiden hurdle at Down Royal in May, WAKEA ran well again back on the Flat last time. He gets the nod in this ahead of Ard Na Carraig, narrowly beaten at Bellewstown a fortnight ago. Rock Lobster is getting closer over hurdles and found only one too good at Killarney recently but Walkers Point has disappointed since making the frame over these obstacles back in May. Brog Deas Nua has placed over hurdles before and may prove best of the rest.
