In depth

Verdict

Kala Brandy is the only course and distance winner in the line up and she followed her victory in a maiden here with a fine effort behind two useful rivals at Limerick. INDIAN RUPEE has definitely improved since stepping up to this sort of trip and only just failed to hold off Realta Rathcabhain, who was receiving 7lb, at Punchestown. He s up another 3lb but should go one better. Winning bumper Gone Platinum makes his handicap debut but has been well beaten on his two latest starts while Oscar Sam, though having the form for this at his best, finished distressed when favourite at Tipperary in May and is probably best watched.
