Verdict
STOWAWAY PEARL was given a positive ride by Rachel Blackmore to land a ladies' handicap at Thurles last week and her claim more than makes up for the penalty her mount has to carry here. This looks slightly tougher but a quick double looks on the cards. Tequila Lord gained his first success on his 11th start over hurdles over this C&D a fortnight ago. He's only 4lb higher this time and should get involved but Seamies Dream, who was beaten narrowly into second, looks to have a fair chance of reversing the form. Mantell runs the occasional decent race but a strike-rate over timber of 1 from 17 isn't a positive so Spring Wine, who was in good form on this track around this time a year ago, may be more of a threat despite a long absence.
