Verdict

Drombeg Banner won a course and distance maiden before finding Group 3 company too hot at the Curragh while It'll Do My Day also landed a maiden over the track and trip and is fit from last week's run at Naas. RED LACEWING (NAP) had several subsequent winners behind when landing a Naas maiden in September and was impeded at a crucial stage when sent to Newmarket for a Listed contest. With her rider's 10lb claim to aid her cause she can make a successful reappearance. Pearl Palinka looks a major threat as she ended her first campaign with a comfortable victory over subsequent winner Brostaigh while Curragh nursery winner Magniffico was unlucky in-running on heavy ground at Naas in October.
