Verdict

Both Ghasham and Navagio have performed with credit in Dundalk barrier trials and have to be respected. The former's yard is also represented by Amortentia, who stayed on strongly at Leopardstown then led for a long way over a mile at Dundalk. Confident Star just failed to catch Pride Of Kerry at Roscommon so looks certain to go well but this can go to Ballydoyle via AIKHAL, a son of Galileo out of a Group 3 winner at this trip and entered in two Group 2 races. King X J may do best of the remainder after a promising start at the Curragh
