Verdict

COLREEVY won a Grade 1 bumper at Punchestown in May from Abacadabras, who has made a fine start over hurdles. Willie Mullins' mare looks a cracking prospect as does Midnight Run, whose only defeat in three bumpers came when chasing home the brilliant Envoi Allen at Navan. The mares' allowance could just swing things the way of the former and neither should have any problems with Fire Away, who was a long way behind the selection at Punchestown and was beaten 11l when runner-up on his hurdling bow at Wexford. Fag An Bealach looked in need of further when third at Galway while Clonmel bumper winner Conflated departed at the second on his hurdling debut at Wexford.
