In depth

Verdict

Barel Of Laughs' fourth behind Far Away So Close at Tipperary in October is the best form of those who have had a run over timber and it can't have been his true form when running poorly on his only subsequent start at Naas later that month. High Cian had shown promise here and at Sligo in the autumn but never got involved on much softer ground at Thurles in January. The remainder with experience look to have it to do so it's the newcomer BIRZALI who is forecast to have the credentials for this. Colm Murphy's son of Kalanisi landed a decent contest on the Flat at Saint-Cloud in October and was by no means disgraced when tackling Listed company on his only subsequent start the following month. Knights Templar was in moderate form at Dundalk late last year but Fantastic Strike scored at Kempton in October and is interesting on his first start for John Walsh.
