Verdict
Not the easiest of 'getting out stakes' but high numbers dominated last year's renewal so that's a starting point. BELLICK was having only his fifth start when scoring comfortably over an extended 5f at Navan where he stayed on strongly. He can complete a double from his outside berth though the consistent A Likely Story is also drawn wide and, though 0-24 on Turf, has run some fine races in big fields. Mr Shelby is drawn 27 and his neck defeat by Landline in a big field at Naas puts him in the frame and Tom Madden's claim a bonus which can enable him to reverse form with the winner. Your Pal Tal was well beaten in this last year but had little chance from the inside and is better drawn here.
