Verdict

Johnny Murtagh will have had the pick of the O'Brien pair, who are both sons of Danehill Dancer, so presumably Oracle, a 160,000gns colt from the family of Barathea, is more forward than Samuel Morse at this stage. Jim Bolger won this a year ago and he is also double-handed with Kevin Manning opting for the filly RADHARCNAFARRAIGE, who is out of a winning sprinter, and she gets the vote. Neighbourly and Brookley Lady both have enough pace in their pedigree to make this an interesting early-season maiden.
