AMORTENTIA made a very promising debut at Leopardstown. Though no match for Absolute Ruler at Dundalk, the winner then finished a close third in a Group 2. Paris Lights showed potential in a maiden here last month but Rapidus was beaten a long way at Gowran though had done better on quicker ground there earlier. The latter's stable companion Dalmatian Coast is by Galileo and related to several winners while Reigning Profit is the type to improve over this trip. Dark Vega is related to several winning hurdlers so stamina won't be an issue.
