Verdict

Richard Fahey sends Paddy Power over from Yorkshire in the hope the son of Pivotal can finally lose his maiden tag, though he was a beaten favourite in three of his four juvenile starts. Sufoof had the same number of runs and only failed by a short-head to hold off the odds-on Indrahar at Dundalk in October and should be winning soon. THE MOORE FACTOR (NAP) was trained by Martin Hassett when runner-up to Dermot Weld's True Solitaire at the Galway Festival but has now switched to the winner's yard. The form has worked out well and this looks a suitable opportunity to get on the winning trail. Jim Bolger's newcomer Stenographer is owned by Godolphin and cost $450,000 as a yearling so the Irish 2000 Guineas entry is one to keep an eye on
