Verdict
Jim Bolger won this with a filly in 2021 and both Expecto and Spanish Cara will know their job with the former being the more speedily-bred of the pair though, that may not count for much in these conditions. Adrian Murray has three entries and BUCANERO FUERTE, who counts a Prix de L'Abbaye winner among his relatives and cost €165,000, is likely to prove best at this stage. Prince X J is by the speedy Mehmas out of a winning miler and the champion jockey has been booked while Charles Atlas is out of a mare who won five times over the minimum trip.
