Verdict

Sacred Dragon and Machete Mark are closely matched on their run at Dundalk in January where the latter just prevailed though the positions could be reversed as the runner-up was making his debut. Won Diamond landed what looked a strong Dundalk maiden in December but faces a stiff task on his return to action while Rapid Approach will need to step-up on his narrow victory at Gowran though the extra furlong should suit. MOUTEAB beat Magician at Dundalk in September and didn't reappear until last month where he looked in need of the run. He's very well handicapped on that earlier effort and looks the one to be on.
