        Verdict

        Astromagick won on her seasonal debut last season but over 2m and she'll find today's trip short enough. Knightly Escapade failed to win last year but has slipped a few pound down the handicap as a consequence and should get involved. Tartan Jura looks good for a place but is hard to win with while Rocktherunway remains in woeful form. A dual winner over today's trip, FLASHMAN finished a respectable fourth in better company over 1m4f here on his return. Dropped in class today, Richard Fahey's charge is fancied to pick up the winning thread and come out best.
