In depth

Verdict

Saaheq is one of two runners to have travelled up from Amanda Harwood’s Sussex yard but is probably best at Sandown while Copper Knight beat only one home when favourite at Newcastle and seems to have gone off the boil. CELSIUS caught the eye making his reappearance here last month and is now only a pound higher when scoring at Haydock last summer so gets a tentative vote in a tricky opener ahead of recent Newmarket winner Ballintoy Harbour and Tenaya Canyon, who was second here last month after winning at Haydock. Hey Mr is also worth a market check having been gelded.
