In depth

Verdict

This looks open but John Groucott does well with his small string and STAR OF RORY has already contributed to the stable tally this term. He ran well last time off a 6lb higher mark at Uttoxeter and can go well despite a further impost of 2lb from the handicapper. There is a concern about this first try at 3m but his way of going suggests he's a good chance of staying, especially on this better ground. Board Of Trade has clearly been saved for decent ground but must improve on previous efforts, although nicely treated. A few others can be thrown into the mix too with Dubai Angel, who needs to be forgiven a poor run latest, and Brillare Momento making most appeal.
