In depth

Verdict

Cucumber Run and Ohio Gold will be trying to spoil the 'Alan King Show' but they may struggle to contain HURRICANE MILLY who waltzed home at Huntingdon and can make the most fo the weight she gets from all of her rivals. The Milan filly was impressive on her debut and she looks sure to handle this better ground. Her trainer does really well in bumpers at the track and she looks the pick of her stable trio. Shred Investment shaped well on poor ground at Wincanton, whilst Management looks sure to appreciate the longer trip today. Di Kaprio has shaped well in two all-weather bumpers, Darna is an interesting contender coming down from Scotland having shaped nicely at Ayr, whilst Bahr Nothing and Cheatingsideoftown are both newcomers from yards that can provide debutant winners. Ohio Gold did the job in good style at Wincanon but is penalised accordingly, whilst Cucumber Run bumped into a very smart animal at Newbury and rates an obvious danger coming from his powerful yard. Osmosia is considered, however the nod goes to Hurricane Milly.
