      BATTAAH, a 160,000gns yearling, can build on the experience gained when third to Ziggy’s Dream here last week. Elite Status cost 325,000gns as a yearling and is very speedily bred while a similar comment applies to Matloob, who was a 120,000gns yearling and is set to be Roger Varian’s first two-year-old runner this season. The market will be the best guide to the remaining trio.
