      Verdict

      York winner Imperium Blue came up short off a higher mark at Nottingham but is not out of this while Harmony Lil struggled in Listed company on the Knavesmire last time. The latter had earlier completed a double at Chester and finished ahead of SIR BENEDICT on both occasions but Ian Williams’ charge was drawn wide last time and re-opposes on better terms today. Intrusive is another dropping down from Listed level and makes his handicap debut along with Glinbury and both act on soft ground.
