          Verdict

          Tahirah, Flying Express and Marchman are all sure to have their supporters in this open affair but we are happy to take a chance on Watching. The gelding from the Dandy Nicholls yard was a good third behind Cd Europe last time he remains on a fair mark and with the capable Tom Eaves in the saddle he will be hard to beat. Tahirah rates the main danger he won well over course and distance when defeating B A Highfler but that rival has since been beaten in a less competitive race and he will find this harder under his penalty. Marshman is also worthy of respect but he gave the impression the handicapper had caught up with him when fifth behind Thihn last time so for that reason is opposed. Flying Express will find this easier than the race he was fourth in behind Naahy last time but he has never won over a trip this far before. Of the remainder Najeebon and Bi Polar are from yards in form and are worth noting in the market but we are happy to side withWatching.
