Verdict
The extended trip could stretch a few of these including Shore Step, who has been thereabouts in some tough sprint handicaps this year, Jamaican Bolt and Love Island. Chookie Royale is much better on the all-weather nowadays but Toofi shouldn't be far away and Hoof It is starting to look dangerously well handicapped and has been running a little better than his form figures would suggest. Navigate isn't without a chance but FOXTROT ROMEO (NAP) gets the nod. He will have found the going too quick last time at Newmarket and is better judged on an earlier half-length third to Zarwaan at Newcastle.
