Verdict

William Buick prefers Modern Dancer to Ocean Ridge, who sports headgear on debut. The Kingman colt is bred to stay and should have no problem with this trip. Ramz is a half-brother to a winning miler and Endeared’s dam won over that trip. Maxi King has run a couple of solid races over 6f but it’s interesting that FAHARI is pitched in against the colts on just her second start. She wasn’t given a hard time at Haydock and her sister was a Listed winner over a mile in the States.
