Verdict
Give Me A Copper goes well fresh and he’s had wind surgery since last seen almost a year ago. Sizing Codelco and Skipthecuddles have even longer absences to overcome Jersey Bean but Looking Well has had a pipe-opener over hurdles, though his stable may have stronger claims with Chidswell whose rider can claim 7lb. Jersey Bean has finally come to terms with chasing and arrives on a hat-trick but BOLDMERE should be approaching peak fitness after a couple of runs and he’s been dropped a further 2lb since his fourth at Bangor. Manofthemountain had a hard race when failing to complete a hat-trick last time at Cheltenham while Singlefarmpayment invariably flatters to deceive and hasn’t won in more than four years. Rocky's Treasure still isn’t firing but is dropping down the weights.
