Verdict

The three-year-old Unfortunately was a Group 1 winner at Deauville last season but is having a first run over 7f. Mustashry was only beaten half-a-length by Lord Glitters in a Group 3 at York last time but has never raced over a trip this short before and was well beaten on his only previous run at this level. BRETON ROCK (NAP) won this in 2016 but was only fifth last year. However, he finished ahead of Tomyris when third in the Hungerford at Newbury last month and beat D'bai and also the disappointing Dutch Connection at Goodwood in July. David Simcock’s gelding is overdue another victory. Oh This Is Us has won Listed contests but a recent success came in a handicap at Chester and this may be too tough for the five-year-old.
