Verdict

Fubar represents last year’s winning yard but has already had three runs so is looking a little exposed. Tom George won it in 2017 with the smart Black Op and saddles Now Look At Me, who has a first and a second to his name at Wincanton and Noel George taking off 7lb. An expensive purchase, WELSH SAINT (NAP) is a brother to three winners including the smart Irish Saint. He failed to quicken when only fourth on soft going at Bangor in December but is expected to put that run well behind him in time.
