    Verdict

Monita Bonita tackles handicap company for the first time and shouldn't be far away. Finmerello was third off today's mark at Southwell in November while Knockturnal was placed at Musselburgh last time in first-time blinkers, though was a long way behind Monita Bonita at Sedgefield previously. Spanish Fleet has claims on his latest third at Musselburgh but DALIANCE is eased in grade here and, as there should be enough pace to bring his stamina into play, gets the nod to open his account at the 10th time of asking.
