In depth

Formwatch

Bahamian Pirate (USA) Much improved performer last season and should make a bold bit in this competetive event.

Cretan Gift Exposed old lad who is capable on his day but recent form falls a little short.

Indian Spark Made rapid strides in handicaps last term and if in similar form needs to be considered.

Awake Narrow winner of a Newbury handicap last season. Seems on the upgrade but more to find here.

Fire Dome (IRE) Holding his form well and loves the ground. Has to be produced late and just looks below the required standard.

Free Rider Useful performer last season but may find trip a little on the short side.

Further Outlook (USA) Ran well on the opening day of the season under a big weight. Trip look ideal but company a little strong.

Galloway Boy (IRE) Hard to fancy on current form and easily dismissed.

John Ferneley Lincoln winner last season who goes here instead of this years renewal. Tough and consistent, he looks the one to beat.

Manorbier Improved throughout last term but seems a little behind the required standard.

Munjiz (IRE) High class sprinter whose more than good enough on his best form. On a long losing run.

Now Look Here Useful handicapper but seems to lack the class for this.

Cotton House (IRE) Overall form falls behind what is needed but still open to improvement and could go well at decent odds.

Damalis (IRE) Consistent sprinter who should run well without being good enough.

Promised (IRE) Winning juvenile but plenty to find on the book.

Yorkies Boy Tough and durable sprinter who hold his form well. May just lack to class to win this.
