The step up to a mile will suit the game galloper PARTHENON; Hunterview, Silver Print and Sequllio join Zaaqya on what is a lengthy shortlist. Stall sixteen is hardly ideal on the round track however Mark Johnston's son of Dubai Destination is taken to overcome that handicap. He won well on debut at Leicester showing plenty of determination and his subsequent fourth behind Wingwalker rates as top form. He possibly found the finish happening too quickly there so the step up to this trip is in his favour and although likely to make up into a mile and a half handicapper in time, he may be able to round off this season with a win. Hunterview is just one of many progressive individuals in the line-up but they can't all win; this son of Australian stallion Reset is already gelded but he looks sure to get this longer trip. As do Kudu Country and Dialogue, whilst Kings Troop needs to forget a run too bad to be true last time. Zaaqya knows how to win here and the likely decent pace should play to his strengths as he gets the trip well, whilst Richard Hannon has a strong hand with Sequillo and Party Cat. Something Perfect showed signs of recalcitrance last time when tasting defeat at Kempton and whilst he may be happier on turf, it is Parthenon who can top the Acropolis.
