Lady Scatterley is getting closer and finished well ahead of Osmosis at Beverley before finding one too good at Pontefract last week. Lucky Number and Elena step up in trip and may improve making their handicaps debuts along with WATERFRONT. The latter never figure dropped back to a mile on his reappearance but was narrowly beaten over today’s distance at Chelmsford last year and Simon Crisford’s charge gets the vote back over 1m2f today with the more exposed Debbonair hard to recommend.
