Goodwood winner War Horse and Outbreak make more appeal than Thunder Max and Merlin's Lady of the handicap debutants returning to action but GRAND ALLIANCE has a recent victory at Chelmsford under his belt. Charlie Fellowes’ charge won more cosily than the winning margin suggests and looks worth sticking with.
